Julie HertzogJulie Hertzog - Director of PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center

Julie is a nationally recognized leader on bullying prevention and cofounder of the "National Bullying Prevention Center". 

In 2012, she was appointed as a member and co-chair of Minnesota’s Governor’s Task Force on the Prevention of School Bullying. In 2014, she was appointed to Minnesota’s School Safety Technical Assistance Center, which was created in response to the Minnesota Safe and Supportive School legislation.

Julie holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has been quoted and consulted by the local and national media, including print, online and TV, and has been featured on CNN, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, Time for Kids, PEOPLE, Family Circle and The Huffington Post.

essica Wong Jessica Wong - CPP Director of Business Development and Patient Care Network at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation

Jessica is a Director at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, the nation’s largest non-profit addiction treatment provider.  Jessica oversees a team of individuals whose primary function is to provide resources and education to professionals and families around the topics of addiction, recovery, and mental health. One of Jessica's passions is educating as may people as possible on the potential dangers to our children by compulsive and unsupervised social media use. Jessica is a well-known local and national speaker on the topic of teens and technology to parents and professional audiences alike. Jessica is currently the Co-Chair of the Partners in Prevention coalition in the west metro (Minnesota) community and is a Certified Prevention Professional by the State of Minnesota. In addition to her work with addiction,
Jessica holds her bachelor’s degree in Professional Journalism and Mass Communication, with a Minor in Sociology of Law, Crime and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.

Julie JacobsJulie Jacobs – RN, D.Div; Master of Science in Technical Communications, System Specialist-Rivertown Communications, Inc., Senior Pastor – Frontier Fellowship/RCMI

After serving in the medical field for 30 years as a Registered Nurse and Informatics Specialist, Julie answered the call to ministry, and is currently the Senior Pastor of Frontier Fellowship and Director of the East Side Equipping Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She continues to work in the informatics field and applies her skills to various projects in the non-profit sector including projects helping people rise above homelessness.  Julie’s licenses and degrees include:

Jeff OlsonJeff Olson – Instructor, Normandale Community College, Instructional Designer

Jeff is a part-time faculty and instructional technologist for the music department at Normandale College and works as an independent Instructional Designer for interactive media.

Monty LawrenceMonty Lawrence - Graphic Designer

Monty is a graphic designer/illustrator and video producer and an expert in various medias including, illustration, animation, titling and creating compelling illustrations for interactive media. She is both a talented traditional artist and computer artist.

Monty has degrees in Graphic Design from La Salle University, Mexico and in Cinematography and Television from Complutense University in Madrid, Spain.

Vijay B. DixitVijay B. Dixit - Chairman; Shreya R. Dixit Memorial Foundation and author of “One Split Second-The Distracted Driving Epidemic; How It Kills and How We Can Fix It.”

As director of the Shreya R. Dixit Memorial Foundation Mr. Dixit is advancing their goal to raise awareness of distracted driving, educate our community on safe and distraction-free driving, and encourage drivers to be mindful of the safety of others on the road.

Rivertown Communications is an e-learning development company based in Stillwater, MN that specializes in creating custom training programs.

Rivertown will provide programmers & developers, project management, hosting and ongoing project support for the Screen Safe program. They maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and an excellent rating with Dun & Bradstreet. Rivertown is donating substantial resources to this project because we feel our families are worth it.
